The Waterhaven HOA Board typically meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Meeting Location is to be decided upon depending on availability. If the meeting date falls on a holiday or other need to reschedule, the date will be posted on the announcement board in front of the neighborhood and on Google Groups.
All members of Waterhaven community are welcomed to attend.
Waterhaven also has an Architectural Review Committee designated to ensure the neighborhood has quality built homes that are customized to meet the look of the community as a whole.
The Welcome Committee is dedicated to greeting new residents with a “Welcome to the Community” gift. The Welcome Committee acts as a first point of contact and is here to help new residents in their transition to becoming part of the community.
The HOA Board works to ensure the pool and pool house are kept clean and safe for everyone’s use. Professionals are hired to make the necessary chemical adjustments and the Pool Committee oversees the management of the pool.
