Welcome to Waterhaven’s Home Owners Association!

The Home Owners Association was created by residents to ensure the community is managed with the community, as well as the residents’ best interests in mind. The HOA acts as the neighborhood’s managing entity and HOA positions are voted on by all lot and property owners.

Annual assessments are collected from each lot or property owner and will be due by January 31st of each calendar year. There is also an initiation fee assessed upon the sale of each lot. Monthly board meetings are held for the board officers and committee chairs to discuss and review any pertinent documents and/or management material. Association members are encouraged to attend and may also bring specific issues for discussion. An annual association meeting is held in May to elect new officers.

The HOA is controlled by the Board of Directors. The HOA also has several subcommittees to help ensure all aspects of the neighborhood are managed, including the Architectural Control Committee, the Pool Committee and the Welcome Committee.
