If the meeting date falls on a holiday or other need to reschedule, the date will be posted on the announcement board in front of the neighborhood and on Google&nbsp;Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">All members of Waterhaven community are welcomed to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Waterhaven also has an&nbsp;<strong>Architectural&nbsp; Review Committee<\/strong>&nbsp;designated to ensure the neighborhood has quality built homes that are customized to meet the look of the community as a whole.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The&nbsp;<strong>Welcome Committee&nbsp;<\/strong>is dedicated to greeting new residents with a &#8220;Welcome to the Community&#8221; gift. The Welcome Committee acts as a first point of contact and is here to help new residents in their transition to becoming part of the community.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The&nbsp;<strong>HOA Board<\/strong><\/em><em>&nbsp;works to ensure the pool and pool house are kept clean and safe for everyone&#8217;s use.
